CVA Teases new Paramount HTR at long-range event in Texas

Head of CVA Influencer Relations Tony Smotherman shared a live video from a long range shooting media event in Texas today, showing off the capabilities of the new Paramount HTR, expected in retailers later this summer.

The video is much like several others released by CVA this spring as they head into the HTR launch. While concerns over primer and powder shortages have some hunters on edge about preparing for the next season, we’re hoping to see the launch of this rifle line up with restocked supplies so we can get out shooting.

In the video Tony talks load development before handing the rifle off for some shooting practice starting at 400 yards, an awesome place to start for a production inline muzzleloader.

Notably in the comments however, is confirmation that we will be seeing the use of the Variflame adapters in the CVA Accura muzzleloaders in the near future.
