Traditional Muzzleloader details Pietta New Model Army modifications for paper cartridge conical shooting

Steve Sells of TraditionalMuzzleloader.com uploaded a new video this week detailing one of his latest projects, giving his Pietta New Model Army a fresh tune up for more historically accurate shooting.

While Steve doesn’t go into extreme detail on the process, he does a great job of showcasing how he completes the modifications to his New Model Army and why he makes the adjustments he wants to shoot paper cartridges and conical bullets. Steve also details a simple way to expand the space around the cylinder nipple to make priming the cylinders much easier with the best selling Ted Cash Snail Capper.
Watch the full video today to see what can be done with a little elbow grease.
