CVA Announces NEW Paramount Pro V2

It’s trade show season for the hunting and outdoor industry and CVA is first out the gate for muzzleloading with the announcement of the Paramount Pro V2, an updated version of CVA’s premiere long range muzzleloader.

In short, we are seeing a few key updates to the Paramount Pro.

• Lighter overall rifle (8oz lighter in 45, 2oz lighter in 50)

• Custom to the Paramount Pro Stock design from Grayboe

• The .50 cal comes standard with a Micro-Adjust Williams® peep sight, .45 comes drilled and tapped for the same sight system

• The barrel is now threaded to accept a muzzle brake

• Adjustable length of pull with removeable spacers

• Upgraded with a premium TriggerTech® fully adjustable trigger

• Cerakote® barrel finish with a complimentary color to the new stock design and pattern.

The PARAMOUNT™ and PARAMOUNT™ PRO are unlike any other muzzleloading rifle on the market. These rifles were developed and designed to handle “super-magnum” propellant charges – and thus provides the higher velocities necessary for killing shots at 300 yards and beyond.

New for 2023 is the PARAMOUNT™ PRO V2, our lightest and most versatile PARAMOUNT ever. Featuring a custom designed Grayboe™ stock that is 8 ounces lighter than its predecessor in .45 caliber, and 2 ounces lighter in .50 caliber, this new stock also features an adjustable cheek riser that can be set high for use with the most powerful optics or low for use with the new Micro-Adjust Williams® peep sight. The new Micro-Adjust Williams® peep sight is offered as standard equipment on the .50 caliber, and the .45 caliber is drilled and tapped to accept the peep sight as well. Removable stock spacers allow for perfect LOP adjustment for any shooter and the Limbsaver® recoil pad substantially reduces felt recoil. Of course, the PARAMOUNT PRO V2 has all the great performance features of the standard PARAMOUNT, but it is also upgraded with a premium TriggerTech® fully adjustable trigger and a Cerakote® barrel finish that perfectly complements the stock’s hand painted camo.
